You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. Once cancellation has been confirmed with us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
To arrange a return, please email us at mail@fastdaddy.co.uk with your reason for return, and we’ll get back to you as swiftly as possible – usually within 24 hours. If your order was dispatched directly from one of our supplier’s warehouses, we may need a little extra time to coordinate return details with them. We'll keep you informed every step of the way.
We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange for any item that’s new, unused and in a fully resaleable condition. Please ensure that items are returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
Kindly note: if an item is returned to us in a condition that is not fully resaleable, or without proper packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund. Any such deduction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Pushchairs, scooters and bikes should only be tested indoors. If they are used outdoors, we may need to deduct the cost of replacement wheels from your refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on car seats, baths or mattresses unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Please be aware that we do not accept returns for items purchased from other retailers.
